We carefully curated the clinical data of drug treatments from TCGA, finding 152 drugs and 2,572 drug-patient pairs. Among the drugs, cisplatin, paclitaxel, fluoruracil and carboplatin had more than 180 patients across cancer types. We obtained the corresponding molecular data from the Firehose of GDAC. The data was applied in our study on molecule based prediction of clinical drug responses in cancer.
